On Friday March 2nd, with extreme enthusiasm & excitement, the Mesrobian PreSchool & Pre-K students celebrated the famous children's book author, Dr. Seuss's 108th birthday - But not with cake and candles, rather with green eggs and ham (which tasted sooo good). The students decorated a giant birthday card, then colored and painted Dr. Seuss's characters sketched by the 8th grade art class. They did activities and played games, dressed up in Dr. Seuss's hats and bow-ties. At the end of the day they took a trip to the school's library, where the 4th grade "Reading Buddies" read his books. It was an unforgettable experience for our youngest scholars.
