Mesrobian Students Taking College Courses

Students registered at Armenian Mesrobian High School (9th-12th) who are under 18 years of age can take classes at Rio Hondo College free of charge with the exception of the cost of textbooks and a nominal fee charged by Rio Hondo College. Those interested need to log in at www.riohondo.edu, click on "Apply Online to Rio Hondo College," and complete the online forms with their parents.  Once completed and submitted, students will shortly thereafter receive a Rio Hondo College Student ID number. Students interested in attending for the Fall 2013 Term, should look at the online Class Schedule and choose exclusively from classes that transfer to UC (University of California) or CSU (California State University).  Interested students should then see Mr. Neil Dodd, Mesrobian's College Counselor/Academic Adviser to register for the classes.  Mr. Dodd will provide advisement, forms, and the required signature.  Please do NOT sign up for classes online.  This process should be completed only through Mesrobian School.  We encourage Mesrobian High School Students to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to earn college credits while enrolled in high school.  Those interested in enrolling for the Fall Term should begin the process immediately.
